THE BRIEF
Couple live in WA and were planning from across country.
Looking to have some help with setting up items on the day as they were getting ready in the CBD and doing first look so knew they needed to ensure vision and details were communicated in advance.
Were unsure and wanted help with the timeline in the leadup to the day.
THE PROBLEM
Spot of rain on the day.
In the lead up to the day itself our coordinator assigned fell sick.
Left the CBD late meaning ceremony was delayed.
THE SOLUTION
Ceremony was held indoors anyway and our team was ready to go with umbrellas on their arrival.
Delay was communicated so vendors for the ceremony could be notified.
Our in house team and processes meant a replacement coordinator was put in place and ensured nothing was missed as they already knew our documents and procedures.

Amie was so amazing and extremely diligent when helping us plan the styling aspects and on the day coordination schedules. She was lovely to work with and helped ease the load off us the month leading upto the wedding by liaising with the vendors and doing check ins with them. On the day, Alyssa handled things so amazingly and kept things running so smoothly! I cannot rave enough about how perfectly the decor and tables were set up! It was a vision coming to life! She was also so beyond lovely and calming on a chaotic day and even sewed my bustle back on after it had ripped off before the first dance which was such a lifesaver moment! Thank you for setting up such an amazing day and bringing our vision to life!
