Scarlett & Jeff
THE BRIEF
Scarlett had just helped with her sisters wedding which didn’t have a coordinator and she was left doing everything. She didn’t want this for her family or bridal party she wanted them to relax and be a part of the day too ensuring everything was looked after and taken care of by professionals. Noting timings, help with vendors, clear communication and more.
THE PROBLEM
Some communication issues with vendors – misinformation and lest minute changes
Rain on the day meaning the backup ceremony option was required – noting the couple really wanted to have their ceremony outside.
The bride was very specific on timings of the song she wanted for bridal party to walk down the aisle and noting how this was to happen – as there was live musicians on the day we practiced at the rehearsal with the spotify track. The musicians on arrival didn’t think this would work and began to stress – we noted it had been practiced and all they needed to do was play on the initial go and we would control the rest. (note that the timing was flawless and perfect)
THE SOLUTION
Our flawless in house system of communication in the lead up meant exhaustive checks too place ensuring everything was noted.
As we knew the outside was important to them on the day although the ceremony couldn’t happen outdoors the photographer and I worked together to ensure we could get as many photos outside as possible including first look.
