Were brought on board to help plan during final stages and execute annual gala.
Fifth year, biggest yet.
This year company employee who usually handles it had a larger job scope in addition to falling pregnant so needed assistance taking some things off her plate.
THE PROBLEM
6 weeks until the event we got brought in – limited time for decisions to be made.
As the event was double the size of last year operationally things needed to run a little different.
Were not happy with previous years photographer & had a tight budget for someone decent to execute photography vision.
