THE BRIEF
Both busy and unsure where to begin – booked a venue in Bright VIC and not a lot of vendors around there.
Budget was limited and wanted to know how to spend it in the right places also noting there would be travel fees for most coming from Melbourne.
THE PROBLEM
Venue wasn’t the best at communicating so needed to ensure everything as followed up and communicated, kept on track accordingly.
A lot of vendors refused to travel that far and needed a fix for budget/styling option with the florals for ceremony.
The roof inside was too low for Ben to do their first dance.
Karlie’s brother was in the US Navy and wasn’t allowed time off to attend which was important to her.
THE SOLUTION
We booked a DIY option with our friends at Botanical theory to collect and style the florals for them saving a travel fee.
Amended the first dance so it was outside on entering to keep a flow in the timeline.
Filmed the entire ceremony and uploaded it for them so Karlie’s brother could watch ASAP, in addition to added content. Also worked in secret with Souzy their MC to arrange a surprise video message during speeches for them to ensure he was a part of the day.
Worked with the photographers to ensure this was captured properly.

The Feedback
We met Amie over 12-months prior, and she was amazing to deal with from the start. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, enthusiasm, and overall desire to help us achieve our dream wedding are unmatched. She always made herself available for us whenever we needed in the lead-up, and always had solutions for us, whether the request was big or small.
Our wedding day went absolutely perfectly from start to finish, because of the amazing work Amie was doing in the background. We had multiple guests comment on how well the day flowed and the way everything had been timed. Amie fully coordinated with our vendors and the venue and everything that came up for us that we had questions on or thought out, Amie was already on top of and already had a solution ready. There were so many things that we were unaware of going into the wedding that Amie had the resources for, and provided the guidance needed to make sure they went off without any issues.
