THE BRIEF
Needed help with timeline and how to keep things moving in the lest few months – were worried they had forgotten something. Also wanted help on the day with keeping the day on track and styling – knew the colours they wanted but needed help bringing the vision together.
THE PROBLEM
Some miscommunication with the venue on the end time and what was outlined in the contract.
Unsure on how to style the ceremony space or facilitate the “aisle”.
THE SOLUTION
On the final venue viewing we did a walk through and timing of the song to ensure all was correct meaning on the day we had our stopwatch out to ensure the walking was timed perfectly.
Were able to from this site visit produce a floorplan for the couple to visualize the aisle more accurately and better understand the vision of the ceremony styling setup.
This allowed us to assist with the right amount of candles and final styling elements needed.
