Didn’t properly prep DIY items meaning time was chewed earlier in the day during setup
Miscommunication on scope of the services
Last minute changes making the flow hard to control
Tech issues as they hadn’t tested their slideshow

Arrived right on bumpin to ensure enough setup time
Communicating in advance effectively with vendors
Coming to a compromise on playing the slideshow without sound
Collected and packed up all styling for smooth leaving
Ensuring the timeline was followed
