THE BRIEF

Wanting to have a 150 pax sitdown on their property

Mid summer, DIY styling, needed guidance on what to think of on the property and how to execute

THE PROBLEM

Hadn’t thought of logistics like size or noise of generator required

Caterers refused to cut cake

Lighting hadn’t been tested so as it got dark only half the festoons were connected

Aircon wasn’t working properly

Too windy and the “carpet” they had for the aisle wasn’t weighted

THE SOLUTION

Noted all logistics in the site visit

Supplied bar staff to ensure everyone got home safe

Cut the cake ourselves to ensure it was sliced and served for dessert

Got up on a ladder and connected lighting

Got the aircon working – but alternatively opened sides of the marquee to let breeze through

Weighted carpet with rocks on the sides

We honestly cannot thank Amie and her team enough for everything she did for us on our wedding day. From the moment she stepped in, she brought such a calm, organised and professional presence that immediately put us at ease. Amie handled every little detail seamlessly — from coordinating vendors to keeping the timeline running smoothly along side our MC – Amy — all the while making it look effortless. She allowed us to be completely present and actually enjoy our day without worrying about a single thing.
